Colored Wedding Dress
There is no specific color that is off-limits for a woman involved in a Muslim marriage ceremony. Brides are free to choose gowns in whatever shades please them, though many Western women choose to stick with white or light shades. Furthermore, the dress of a Muslim woman does not need to look any certain, preconceived way. While ladies of the Western world have a very defined notion of what a gown should look like, this pattern need not be followed by Muslims. So long as the rules regarding the covering of skin are followed, the dress may be of any pattern or style.
